What are my flaws?

Poor nose shape, low gonial angle, philtrum-chin ratio, ramus too tall, lips to narrow, and eyebrows have no angle.

For nose you can try hydrocortisone
For better philtrum-chin, try shaving mustache to give the illusion of a longer philtrum
