get good sleep, specifically with head raised, if ur bf is low enough (<13%) u can lowk spam coconut water and magnesium. putting icecubes in ur cheeks or general cold therapy aswell as hydration can help alot.

fix up ur hair its a little too straight, debloat a little and shape your eyebrows. id say LMTN or MMTN, still good looking
