15y old 56kg, 165cm. And I also have a question to all guys who had braces and got the invisible rail. So I got it for one year now and at the start I took it every Night Like I should but sometime so forgot and After three days when I put it back in again i felt a lil preasure on the outside, so is the rail Holding me back from Upper mouth Plate groth ? I didnt took it the last 3 months because im scared that it Reduces the groth. And I mew all the time since 3 years so yeah, please help me out
