no dude u're not cooked at all that's very good for 15 I would say u can reach htn just if you lock in through puberty possibly even higher with hardmax but I don't have much information on surgical procedures

I don’t think I will hard max but I will soft max as much as I can

you're still gonna be above average so don't stress about your looks broski just focus on nutrition and your physique for now

By nutrition you mean gaining weight while working out?

focusing on nutrition means reaching your macros like 0.8 gram of protein per Lb of bw you will probably gain weight so cut down once you're done with puberty or maybe once you're 6'1 ish also you can eyelid pull and practice uud for the eyelid expose train your neck ASAP the small neck makes you look cuck rn I would say you have some good appeal but your really to fix the frame and neck
 
Also consider dying atleast your eyebrows jet black for contrast maybe your hair too
