You’re 15 so I’d say just wait a few years there’s not much you can do now to be honest just keep working out. When you are old enough to grow a full beard just have stubble, don’t eat too much sugar because it can make you look a bit worse but it’s not a big issue, also don’t waste money on products/drugs they usually don’t work and if they do it takes a long time and usually isn’t really worth it and it’s unhealthy af
