A lip lift could help, but make sure to do thorough research first, as the results can sometimes look unnatural. Personally, I have a larger philtrum, so I grew out my beard to cover it. But since you’re only 15, it might be worth waiting until you’re older and more developed before considering any permanent changes.

Hit the gym. Since you’re tall, you’ll definitely look more aesthetic as you build muscle.
