You got any affective exercises I’ve looked into it and the only way I can fix my recessed chin is through hard maxes that aren’t an option for me at my age. The farthest I can go are peptides.

u dont have recessed chin also hyoid can be fix with mewing forces your hyoid bone to go upwards (by experience) it work after a lot of time but it can help you
