Well yeah there aren't any softmaxes you can do and I assume you are past puberty maybe you could do some frauds like nose taping to temporarily change slightly the nose shape or there are some safe topicsl compounds that can make your nose smaller but it's mostly that I don't think there is anything else aside from surgery or fillers.
