I need help to ascend more.
So, where do I start? First, I think my front profile is "good," but I'm frauding a little bit. I know my side profile is really bad, but I have braces, so my side profile could change.
I have a clean diet, no industrial sugar only from fruits or honey. I eat healthy fats, like butter, olive and coconut oil, salmon, cheese and eggs and carbs only from rice, (sweet)potatoes and fruits.. protein mostly from beef, chicken and salmon.
I take daily supplements and do a skincare.
Supplements like:
Omega 3: 4 capsules (idk the dosage)
Vitamin c: 2000-4000mg
Collagen: 20g
Vitamin d3k2: 10000 iu
Zinc: 15 mg
Magnesium: 600-1000mg
Ashwa: 2 capsules (idk the dosage again)
And on a few days electrolytes with potassium and also when i feel bad turmeric.
Skincare I have:
An Beauty of josen face wash
Toner with AHA and BHA (also from beauty of josen)
Simple Vitamin C serum
Bakuchiol serum (I think 0,4 bakuchiol and 0,1 retinol)
100H Moisturizer (clinique)
50spf toned sunscream (also clinique)
This is what I'm taking and using at the moment.
As a side note, I'm currently cutting to get leaner and, of course, I also go to the gym (4-day split and 1-day cardio for 30 min-1 h). I eat 1.8k cals (fat: 40, carbs: 170, Protein: 160)

Just to give you an idea, my biggest problems are:
- with my skin (large pores and blackheads in the T-zone and also pimples on my chin, like white deposits)
- with getting leaner and bloated (both face and gut)
- with the growth (bone mass and height)
