is there any way for me to ascend without surgery or with minor surgery i was thinking a lip lift would be the best and possible and a cat eye surgery but i want to maximize what i can do without surgery first so i could posibly save money also for my hair it is natural but i want to find a product that can keep it straight without having to do it daily because i think that could help ascend me or what haircut i could get to help me, my forehead is big so i couldnt do any short hairstyles without a transplant im 5'11 about 150lbs am trying to debloat face without getting skinnier please help me ascend
