If anyone could tell me my flaws that would be great. Obviously Ik i have to lose like 60+ founds and fix my skin etc. Any other Softmaxxing/Hardmaxxing advice would be greatly appreciated (no surgeries or drugs till 18). ive also gotten rated by a few apps but i doubt they are very accurate.

Start off by losing some weight bro, then we will see what’s under. You’ve got this bro. Stay strong 💪💪. Btw don’t just cut out food fully, keep high protein but lows cals, otherwise you’ll end up like some twink

Thanks ive already been at it for around a month and im down abt 15 lbs (258.8-243.5) and have noticed significant strength/slight muscle gains. Currently been eating 1700-1900 cals per day and abt 170-200 grams of protein while lifting 4-5 times a week. Would u recommend any changes/additions to this routine?

id say its fine. im going to the dentist tmr so ill see what they have to say abt it. also, I agree using the app is pretty retarded, i was js curious.

One extra tip I can give is swimming bro. If you have a swimming pool at your gym or home. I would recommend push, swim, pull, legs. I have an extra a little hack if your organism can tolerate it. Drink a liter of fairlife ultra filtered fat free milk the days you can’t hit you protein. It’s around 450 cals for 80g of protein. And milk is hard to digest, so most of the cals you ingested from the milk will prolly be used to digest it.
