Hgh and test for forward growth.

Mandible and ramus absence are your biggest flaws, so either do that while in puberty or double jaw surgery eventually.

If his bones are that recessed blasting Test and HGH won't magically reshape a severe downward growth or a short ramus He is 16. What he actually needs is a proper palate expander like MSE from an orthodontist and a jaw surgeon later on. Pumping a kid with gear won't fix bad skeletal structure it just ruins his health

That’s valid too, I still firmly believe that test and hgh could fix the problem, but MSE would defo be safer for him.

I’ve gotten a top expander and braces, did my ortho frick me over by not giving me the bottom
