Fix ur ptosis, ur main looksmin, fix it asap. dont listen to the guy above. If u get rid of ptosis u gonna have good big beautiful eyes imo, filtrum is long, yeah, and upper lip is too thin. Rest is ok

So you’re saying my left upper eyelid is the problem right? I used to think that but now when I look at myself I feel like my right lower eyelid droops too low and downturned meaning that’s the problem. So what do you think because that determines if I need ptosis surgery or canthoplasty

Imo reduce ptosis cause it makes ur eyes look different. I dont rly think u need cantho now

Both, in fact the lack of under eye support could be worsening the problem with ur nct, giving a tired eyes effect.

Side profile is great, Fix your eyes make them more asymmetrical by training your weak side, Use something fatty on your upper lip ideally volufine or what ever that is called or something simple but not as much effective like beef tallow or coconut oil.
