Sure what should I do to improve the score

rep all my posts first nigger but imma tell u either ways otoplasty for ears cheap ass procedure lip fillers and jaw fillers ( u can do implants but wont bother) all of these are easy and before this tan and fix ur skin can use a self tanner dye ur eyebrows and fix ur skin undertones this should ascend u quite alot do all this in reverse order
