Midface is your pupil to pupil and pupil to philtrum or upper lip distance which creates a rectangle that should ideally be 1:1 otherwise ur face can look long or compressed in a bad way. U can't really fix it but you shouldn't worry about it anyway since you look good and you're pretty much maxxed out.
