Yeah my hair was a bit damp when i took those pictures so thats probably why. Also im gonna try to stop eating so much sugar and buy d-bloat will that help? What other things should i do to debloat?

Reduce salt in diet, drink alot of water, get 8h sleep. You dont need d-bloat. I have no idea if it even rlly works well but lets be fr that shit is prob scammy af.
