Don't think htn potential but if u fix your hair get rid of the glasses loose weight, fix your skin you could definitely look a lot better

its obvious bro you dont NEED surgery you can fix alot by doing cardio + gym, getting contacts, using something for the skin like benzoyl and shave just maintain good health etc, and cut the hair
