Since nobody here wants to elaborate, your shit harmony is mostly because of your FWHR (which is a massive flaw, here it's 1.65 which is borderline horseface).

But other than that, you don't have any other major flaws worth noting, and you have good health and youth indicators. Decent facial leanness. Decent coloring. You look quite ordinary for this reason, despite being a FWHRcel. HTN is impossible though and this will be the best you will ever look.

Not really unless you want to experiment with invasive procedures.

You will also need OBO because your ESR is already a bit outside the ideal range, having a wider zygomatic width for example will make that flaw more prominent.

Right now your eye spacing isn't much of a problem, but if you expanded your facial width to try and fix the FWHR flaw, it would become a bigger problem.

sorry if im annoying but if i understand correctly my main flaw is my face to width height ratio, my second problem is my eye spacing, if i would fix my ftwhr i would make my eye spacing worse and would therefore need another surgery to fix that. and all that to maybe reach htn

HTN is most likely not possible even if you did all of that

Even if you did maximally invasive procedures (OBO + implants) to correct the facial width and eye spacing, you'd most likely look quite uncanny

But yes, harmony wise your frontal suffers from those 2 flaws, and any attempt to correct FWHR will make your eye spacing flaw a lot worse
