I have been using tazarotene and doxyprim for my acne aswell as using tan drops and a tinted sunscreen to cover my red spots from acne. In addition to that I have been using eye drops to make my outer eyes more white. I am getting a scalp advancement surgery in just over a year when I am 18 so that I can get a new hairstyle as I have a big forehead. please help with what I can improve onn and rate me

you can see where it is darker the light is coming from left side therefore making only one cheek look hollow
