well i started using castor oil for my eyebrows and my hairline ain't that bad , like it is not receding or anything like that but i have a medium sized forehead

castor oil is a good start but if you can u can use topical minoxidil, didn't try it personally but I see ppl get results from it.

depends who rates you as you see i have lmtn and ltn in the comments, also the face matters more than the height
