You look bloated tbh, drink more water 2-3 liters a day is preferred. Also stop eating high sodium and sugary foods and drinks. Also the reason why you don’t got hollows is either due to water retention or fat still on face, or your bone structure simply isn’t built for it.

Hollow cheeks come from outwardly protruding and usually high cheekbones. Tbh not really something to worry about they’re not necessary
