During summer i was 75kg and almost the whole summer starting around mid june i just ate the same foods everyday (watermelon, banana, steak, eggs, berries, spinach, nectarines, apples. Js shi like that mainly fruits and lean meat with some vegies) while also being in a calorie deficit and going for runs or sprints at night around 3-5 times a week aswell as atleast 10k steps everyday. I also went to a lot of concerts during the summer to kinda start slaying and i went to every single mosh pit or even opened them often myself so that alone was like a constant cardio
