worst advice ive ever heard btw. He's 5'8, a big muscle body wont look good on him at all, what do you mean "become a gymcel". The most he should do is just stay lean and build shoulders and back which are important for frame but not much other than that. plus he has more of a pretty boy aesthetic so he should stay lean athletic physique
