Severe case of acne, you should definitely get on accutane to correct it, you have a brutal lower third, recessed chin (very) I’d bonesmash but it’s effects are debated hugely. Overall MLTN, darken your eyebrows too

Fix the Acne with accutane and a good diet,fix the fucking mob on your Head cut it Shorter or make it straighter ,dye the eyebrows darker make them thicker with minoxidil also use minoxidil on the eye lashes to,you have to get rid of the Face fat by losing weight or if your already lean use aqualxy that should help you
