open the camera app on your phone
straighten your hand for 70% (or place your phone somewhere on your head level), you can tilt your head up/down right/left for a better angle. the first pic looks like you've been trying to fraud with you shoulders, don't do that. you can also use a timer for a photo so that you can pose better. also you can just look at other peoples photos there.
