Dude if you get shredded it will help you and if you change the way you think about yourself your eyes are gonna change, like if you act like a Disney bully and a Chad you Will appear more confident, instead of having that unsure look (i have the same problem as you). Just be more confident about yourself and others will see you differently basically.

(I have the same problem tho, i dont know How to raise my self confidence that much, i just put my self in embarassing situations and Mess with the “bully type” guys to see if i change anything).
