I am actually bulking right now , would surely train neck when I start gym maxxingWhat you need to do its bulk and gym max for a little not to much probably train 1 hour 3 times a week and you'll get pretty decent size also train neck because your necks really skinny and a thicker neck is more attractive and balances out your face
