High ltn short face and bad acne

Yes, but, let's say, is MTN achievable for me? And what else can I improve besides my acne?
 
Bro you can ascend to HTN if you really take care of your acne. Also improve jawline and shave

really tired of seeing guys at my age with acne like wtf is wrong w yall, never heard about accutane or 0 sugar at least?
 
lmtn, but htn potencial mby. take care of acne, do something better with your hair AND look after health indicators
