I'm on accutane for 3 months now, almost 17 yo, 6'23 (189) / 138 ibs (63 kilos)

But since you are already on accurane, then you just need to wait for results, it's probably genetics.

How narrow is your palate? an mse/palate expander could do wonders and maybe braces as well if they don't pull any of your teeth, I think you should hit the gym and possibly hop on roids as well (Don't just take my advice though I'm not too educated on the topic of steroids,) your eye area has a lot of potential, you should try tinting them black blue or just any darker color, and maybe dying your hair dark brown as well. right now, I'd say you are Mltn, but you should definitely hop in the gym at the very least, you have very good height.
