i mean jokes aside roids do help but i think you gotta understand what to pin and why. maybe try learn some pharmacology, and always look for side effects, always imagine the worst case scenario and then think how you will fix it. learn some basics like how bone forms, and search for something that activates it(roids, pth analogs etc). also do not forget about toxicity of some medicine wich is not intended to be used in huge dosages like romo for example
