Was gonna try and grow the facial hair, still undecided. Started a skincare routine last week so that shoukd clear up. And for lips I assume vaseline?

Cool, just ditch it if the facial hair isn't really good, ur lower third is quite good except for the slightly long philtrum. For the lips you could use vaseline or whatever balm, it shouldn't be hard at all to sort.
