Not the worst, plus being tall is always a halo. Get lean and do better skin care. I don't feel confident talking down on your bones since you are neither lean rn nor did you provide side profile. Canthal tilt is good, eyebrows are too thin and short, maybe topical minoxidil, but fyi don't use that stuff if you have a cat. There's other ones I could recommend for eyebrows but if you don't have a cat it's unneeded. Bit of a bulbous nose but the redness tells me it might be a little inflamed (skin care), so tough to tell. Go softmaxx!! If some oldcel comes in here, they'd probably know better than me ngl.

Yes fix skin with accutane and get tretinoin, also start taking oral minoxdil 2.5mg a day get green eye contacts and grow out hair
