You have a large forehead which is making your facial thirds look unequal so just covering your forehead will ascend you

Fix your eyebrows (overly positively tilted) and darken them with topical minoxidil

Take dutasteride for hair as you’re balding

Do genio for chin height as your chin to philtrum ratio is unideal or get upper lip filler to shorten the philtrum
