Yeah, im already leanmaxxing to around 12%bf and fixing my nose, but how can i improve my lips?

not mcuh u can do naturally, maybe try volufilin but as far as i knwo it isnt gonan give the results u expect, or jsut save some money n get filler, it isnt invasive, relatively cheap too, but make sure ur doc has brain cells and doesnt turn u into kylie jenner. and if im beign real ur lips arent that much of a failo, if i were u id js let it be

ur biggest flaw is definetly ur skin tone, start frauding with for example tinted sunscreen while u expose urself to the sun enough everyday

Idk honestly, i just love to sleep and eat, so that why im get almost max of my genetics, maybe one advise will help: go to sleep before 11pm, cuz growth hormone production peaks from 11pm to 2am

In that case you are chad. Chad in belarus/ukraine/russia. lmtn in europe, which is still ok:ish. Most east slavs are recessed all around with tiny chins and manlet height

idk about height, i'd say that im around 2-3 inches taller that average, but faces really recessed mostly here, i've seen chadlite irl only 1-2 times in life
