Haven’t done much besides softmaxxing like basic skincare and mouthtape. Currently have braces with bands which are helping fix overbite and recessed chin. (I have the shitty goatee to hide attention from it) Also i already know i need to debloat, my diet is just shit rn. Feel free to give any advice cause god knows i need it
