i’ve grown about an inch the last 6 months and both my parents and older brother kept growing until about 18-19 so i believe i will too. my brother was shorter than me at my age and he is now 6’2

of course dumbass and eat hard foods dont eat protein from shakes or bars(you look like a person who does that alot) eat nutrient dense foods lots of steak and meat lift heavy with low volume. sleep t least 8 hours 10 is perfect. if ur not making money you dont have nothing to do that prevents you from sleeping this long

Ofc if there’s a guy taller than you girls would choose him. Ur just saying i’m 180 but they are choosing the 195 one. It doesn’t mean you are short tho. Girls/Boys would always choose the better looking/richer/taller one. But that doesn’t mean you are bad at these aspects either.
