I think my main flaws are; Shape of my nose/Length, Downward growth, Low undereye fat support.

Can anyone recommend surgeries to get.

I'm thinking Fat Graft for under eye area and like maybe a rhino but idk yet. Main issue is the CCW Rotation/Downgrowth. Any advice?

my brother looks similar to me, he just turned 15 and unlike me doesn't have a narrow face.
