I think my main flaws are; Shape of my nose/Length, Downward growth, Low undereye fat support.

Can anyone recommend surgeries to get.

I'm thinking Fat Graft for under eye area and like maybe a rhino but idk yet. Main issue is the CCW Rotation/Downgrowth. Any advice?

You could technically widen your face if you got jaw and zygo implants and might look insane you should get someone to morph what that would look like and continue from there. A nose job seems like a terrible idea just a waste of money honestly, everyone thinks they need rhino but only half of them actually would benefit, your nose is pretty good

Lowkey, just widen your jaw and zygos and I can see you ascending to CL. Chin doesnt matter at that point.

i've look at possible ways in doing so.

i don't think i'll get fillers and i'm too young and broke for any type of implants. you got any other ideas to improve jaw nd zygos? only thing i can think of is to run a cycle of test to age and hopefully grow into my facial features more but it prolly wont do much and is just a cope

Hydrolaunic acid is usually a compound thats cheap and used in fillers, you might be able to get it for cheap some where, but there are some risks like it migrating or diffusing somewhere in your face making you look deformed. Again the problem isnt your chin. Many models have massive chins yet they are still adamlites, like Hexum, hernan etc... I think fixing your diet might help with your face widening as your age projects into the early 20s.
