currently on accurate for the past 2 weeks to fix break outs and acne.

Reta to lean out. been on 1.5 for a few weeks.

i do a lot of cardio im in kickboxing and BJJ.

Dont just fry me atleast tell me what i can improve and my flaws and how i could fix them.
