brutally rate me, took pictures 6ft away using back camera, need genuine advice to ascend, obviously weight loss is a big tip and im currently on a weight loss journey (down 22lb), but i need other advice as in what i can do for posture, skin, hair (thinning all around and very visible scalp area), etc. any advice helps.
