LTN. Some decent features like nose, chin, full lips and no massive apparent failos but your coloring is quite awful and your eyebrows + hair could do with some better care. Eyebrows look almost like a unibrow in the middle, and I think experimenting with your hairstyle could be good cus it looks very lifeless right now.
