Dashing young man, hmtn-lhtn. Honestly not much there to fix besides your big nose, maybe filler or fat grafting for the upper lip as it is smaller then the lower. Use topical minoxidil twice a day, not three times a week. Also throw in 2.5mg oral minoxidil daily.

Thank you for the kind words. I worded this slightly wrong, i use topical minoxidil daily, however i only derma stamp 3x a week. I am currently attempting to slim the nose with hydrocortisone, and will most likely do diy botox as well.

Try not to overuse hydrocortisone as it is known to have permenant side effects, mainly the skin on the nose being permanently red due to skin damage. Best to just save for rhino in my honest opinion.
