Yeah probably but start off with the dark hair and green lenses. Eye halo is massive. The surgeries might throw off ur facial harmony but I'm not sure I'm not an expert on hard max

i wouldnt get zygo filler u have good mid and upper third ur bottem third is lacking if u just got chin /massemeter filler it would look much better getting zygo filler will keep ur biggest flaw which is imbalenced thirds u have good zygo projection already

My lateral zygo projection isn't that good, It is kinda flatish from front but from 3/4 it looks good. But I will get chin filler for sure to make it broader and longer. I agree my masseters are not symmetrical, but my jaw is wide already so fillers on masseters make it even bigger which lead to uncanny look and disproportion of lower thirds compared to others. Anyways thanks

My lateral zygo projection isn't that good, It is kinda flatish from front but from 3/4 it looks good. But I will get chin filler for sure to make it broader and longer. I agree my masseters are not symmetrical, but my jaw is wide already so fillers on masseters make it even bigger which lead to uncanny look and disproportion of lower thirds compared to others. maby first pic is bad for rating ig but there ur bottem third really is lacking i never said ur zygos are perfect but more facial harmony would impact ur looxmaxing wayyyy more then even more defined zygos and less harmony
