IMO jawline can be improved by chewing exercises and chewing gum. Hair would probably look better with short sides and more fitting for your head it appears a bit too wide at the top. Hair texture and quality can be improved by hair care. Overall jaw and hair maxxing can bump you up to HTN

You have already acceptable body fat, a bit lower is better. Too low can fuck up your hormones, but you can aim for 12 to 14%
