just keep doing what you're doing and try to get lean. Eat healthy by eating proteins. You are already pretty close to maxing out (without hardmaxxing). But I think you can reach htn to htn+.

Any tips for reducing face fat. I am super lean and skinny but my fat is on my cheeks and abs. I weigh 140lbs.

the fat pads in your face will reduce and relocate as you age within the next couple of years, i wouldnt worry too much about that, but 140 is low for 5’11 lean bulk and track ur cals and macros. also you cant spot reduce fat its literally impossible unless you use a fat dissolver but pretty sure thats cope anyways

also training abs actually does do something, you are low enough bodyfat to where you should have visible abs, they are probably just extremely underdeveloped, but i dont mean crunches and planks, you need to some sort of resistance training like weighted crunch machine, or weighted hanging leg raises, something you can move up in weight with, I guarentee you will see a difference if you eat right

Yeah I know I’m super skinny. I had no clue about fat pads reducing and relocating. Thanks so much for the info.

ofc g, but the reason why people look “older” as they age (aside from skin) is bonemass and fat pads, thats why as people get older theyre cheeks usually get hollower, coupled with bonemass growth into 20s youll be just fine bro go slay
