the fat pads in your face will reduce and relocate as you age within the next couple of years, i wouldnt worry too much about that, but 140 is low for 5’11 lean bulk and track ur cals and macros. also you cant spot reduce fat its literally impossible unless you use a fat dissolver but pretty sure thats cope anywaysAny tips for reducing face fat. Okay thanks I appreciate italso training abs actually does do something, you are low enough bodyfat to where you should have visible abs, they are probably just extremely underdeveloped, but i dont mean crunches and planks, you need to some sort of resistance training like weighted crunch machine, or weighted hanging leg raises, something you can move up in weight with, I guarentee you will see a difference if you eat right
