honestly im not the best at giving tips to specific people i just try stuff for myself to ascend and some things work. just research, try shit u see. wouldnt really hardmaxx if i was u, looking decent man. idk if ur hair is styled in that photo but try to get a better style. not necessarily a new cut just styling.

Bro I’m actually sorry for what I’m going to say, but you’re not mtn, remember that mtn is ABOVE AVERAGE don’t listen to all the bs random ppl are saying here, you’re a hltn at most, you have UEE and horrible philtrum, your hair could be longer and WE NEED SIDE PROFILE

Mtn is literally middle tier = average.
 
Pic seems distorted but folks here are being a little harsh. I’d say solid mtn leaning towards hmtn

Too much autism. It really doesn’t matter how long his philtrum is or how exposed his eyelids are. My snap judgement says “mtn” because he’s mtn.
 
I think you can become quite handsome honestly. At first I was confused when looking at your face because it looks excessively tall, but your midface ratio is actually quite good, almost 1.00. The reason why your face looks long is because you have the most extreme fwhr I've ever seen, 1.52. That's wayyyy of the target of like 1.8 - 1.9.

The reason for this, fortunately, isn't because of your skull (it seems like you have bone development, nice jaw and forward growth) but rather because of your eyebrow height and philtrum length. It also causes your chin area to become a little too small. If we edit that and also fix your nose I think you look pretty good, maybe even mhtn potential or above? I attached an edit, it probably needs some adjustments to become more optimal with all the ratios but I hope my idea comes across, you guys'll be the judge.

For the eyebrows you can maybe trim the top part of your brows a bit and use minoxidil slightly below your eyebrows (combine with tretinoin if it turns out you're a non-responder, or maybe try liposomal minoxidil but that's very new and not FDA-approved), effectively moving them downwards. If you can't get the same thick density on the new growth then you can fill it in with a pen. You can also try using botox to lower them, some people claim that it works but I'm not convinced. I think you could also get implants but that's a bit more extreme.

The mouth is harder, as far as I'm aware there is no simple surgery for moving your mouth upwards. You can get surgery to shorten your philtrum, but it doesn't really move the mouth upwards, it just makes you upper lip bigger essentially. That would look weird in your case because your lips are already quite full and of a similar size. I am in a similar situation to you with my mouth, and what I've done is just adopt a posture where im pushing up my mouth with my lower lip a bit. I'm already a very smiley person so it's wasn't a big change, it's just second nature for me now, it feels weird not to do it.

As for the nose I'm not very educated. You gotta do some kind of rhinoplasty but you'll have to ask somebody else if you're interested in doing it. I'm just guessing but I think that if you wanna look like the edit I made then it's some kind of procedure where they fix your flared nostrils. That is a bit easier, safer, and has a faster recovery time compared to something like tip plasty, so you might be fortunate in that regard.
