also who mogs in the 1st slide
18m 6’1 slightly gymmaxxed in progressing to it. Have a solid skincare routine and am I cutting to 150, I’m currently 170. What do you think I need to do to imrprove my looks

you need to work on health indicators you look unhealthy
Bruh I go to the gym 5x a week bjj 3-5x a week I drink hella water. I take creatine, ashwaganda, zinc + copper vitamin D and magnesium. My diet isn’t the best because I still live with my mom and she’s buys the groceries but I always get my protein in and I’m in a slight deficit. Those pictures are like 1 month old so it’s not the best but idk

creatine is cope and most supplements don't directly improve smv

get on accutane

do consistent cardio until you physically can't

then start weightlifting
