Fix haircut (very important)
Sleep on back your very asymmetrical
Touch up eyebrows way to bushy considering you have a smaller head
Your not fat but filled with goyslop making you bloated eat only Whole Foods and drink a lot more water
It’s gonna be hard for you to ascend since your already 18 it’s almost impossible to change your face now without surgery but these will help
Your at a weird area where forward growth still can happen but is very hard to achieve needing luck and a near perfect plan

Low MTN, u got a lot of unsymmetrical face with ur left eye being higher than the other. Ur left side of ur face looks lifted compared to ur right it. I need a zygo implant for ur left cheek. Ur nose to mouth to ratio is good but eyes r to wide with a to short FWHR.
