Be honest, I can't stand lies. Been rated all the way from mltn to lhtn by various raters, grays and non-grays alike. I honestly dont know anymore.
Also if you deem yourself knowledgeable I'd like to hear your suggested softmaxxes. Currently not looking for hardmaxxes, though I suppose it'd be interesting to hear which ones would serve me most benefit.

commisuroplasty and lefort 1 with lenghtening
softmaxes gymming, 3l water with diuretic and tanning

I'll look into it, never heard of commisuroplasty though.
been on the watermaxxing for a few weeks now, will have to look for diuretics though.
however with doctor parents I suppose it won't be hard to get my hands on them.

commisuroplasty fixes the corners of the mouth, for example if you have upturned or downturned (like in your case) corners it alligns them
