Yes, my nose ruins my profile. I've also tried editing it, but I feel like I look weird with a smaller nose. I also think I have a recessed chin or maxilla i'm not sure. Right now, I'm planning to lose weight because I have a fairly high body fat percentage, in order to improve the appearance of my jaw. In the future, I'll think about rhino
